SMS & email. Essential is email-only (300 / term). SMS to parents unlocks at Standard, and Premium is unlimited on both under fair-use. Beyond a plan's allowance, top-ups are billed close to the network cost, with no inflated packs. Fee-collection processing (Paystack) is passed through at cost.
